PCI FLEXMOERTEL S1 deformable tile adhesive flexible adhesive

Product properties:

Corresponds to C2TE S1 according to DIN EN 12 004 and ‘Guideline for flexible mortar’.
Deformable, equalises stresses resulting from temperature fluctuations and shrinkage.
High stability, even with heavy boards.
For adhesive bed thicknesses from 1 to 10 mm.
Very low emissions, GEV EMICODE EC 1 PLUS R.
Low chromate according to TRGS 613.
Waterproof and temperature-resistant from ? 30 °C to + 80 °C, can be used universally indoors and outdoors, on walls and floors.

Area of application:

For indoor and outdoor use.
For walls and floors.
For the deformable bonding of tiles and boards.
For covering cement screeds from a residual moisture content of 4% CM.
For laying ceramics on all PCI bonded waterproofing systems.
For laying on heated screeds.
For laying in swimming pools, pool surrounds, wet rooms and cold stores.
For laying on mastic asphalt (indoors only) and all cement- and gypsum-based substrates, glass and porcelain mosaics, firmly bonded PVC coverings and old ceramic coverings.
For laying polyurethane foam boards on basement walls in contact with the ground (perimeter insulation) on plaster, concrete, masonry and sealing slurries; for mineral fibre boards (e.g. Isover or Rockwool), for sawn rigid foam boards (e.g. Styropor or Hostapor), for extruded rigid foam boards (e.g. Styrodur).
For repairing and levelling minor unevenness on wall and floor surfaces before laying tiles and boards.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE GERMANY

  • All orders containing samples may be charged a shipping fee.
  • Delivery of samples – upto 7.5kg FREE

  • Full orders up to 40 kg - €2.00 per kg (minimum price €19.99)*

Please be aware deliveries to Norway/Switzerland may be subject to import duties that are the buyers responsibility.

SHORT TERMS*

When ordering other products with samples, additional shipping costs may apply. 

Only 1 x sample per product per customer and or household is allowed for free delivery.

Placing multiple sample orders using different names and/or addresses i.e to friends/neighbours is also not allowed for free delivery, any such orders will be cancelled and refunded.

Drivers are NOT insured to go into any property or take items off a pallet. Under NO circumstances will they be covered to go into communal areas where delivering to a flat, upstairs or into lifts.

It is the customers responsibility to arrange for products to be taken into a property once the driver has taken the pallet as close to the entrance as he/she deems possible.



FREIGHT SHIPPING 
 
The goods will be shipped to your home by a freight forwarder.
Shipping costs are calculated depending on your location in the checkout area.
Please ensure that the goods can be received in person at the agreed time on that day to avoid additional costs for you for a further delivery. Delivery is made to the curb and can only take place if the road is suitable for a truck.
 
Please make sure you make arrangements for placement and storage in advance.
 

NOTE ON FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:
 
It is important to us that you receive your goods in perfect condition!
 
Many of our products are very heavy or susceptible to breakage and damage. For transport safety reasons, we also ship smaller order quantities, usually from 1 box, on a pallet with the freight forwarder. We also ship our goods with premium shippers to minimize complaints as much as possible. Even if this is a little more expensive. 
 
Even with the best packaging and safest transport, breakage can occur. In any case, you will receive a free replacement delivery. You can help us with the process if you observe the following points:
 
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately.
If the goods are damaged, please accept them anyway. Unless it is already clear from the outside that ¾ of the goods are completely damaged - in which case you can refuse to accept them.
Transport damage must be reported in writing (email) within 7 days. This way we can guarantee a problem-free replacement delivery.
 
 
Failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance by telling us the exact amount of damage and sending us photos of the damage.
