Berlin Grand Border is designed to complement the wider Berlin collection, bringing classic Victorian detailing into a refined border-style tile. Produced in a 20 × 20cm square format, this porcelain tile features a structured geometric pattern in deep blue, warm brown and soft cream tones, finished with a smooth matt surface. The decorative edge-style design adds definition and structure, while still keeping the overall look balanced and timeless.
Perfect for use alongside matching Berlin tiles, Berlin Grand Border works beautifully as a border or framing detail in kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and entrances. It can be used to define zones on floors, frame feature areas, or add interest to wall layouts such as splashbacks or shower spaces. The classic colour palette allows it to blend seamlessly into both traditional and contemporary interiors, while also being suitable for outdoor areas like patios or covered walkways.
Made from durable porcelain, Berlin Grand Border is suitable for walls and floors, wetroom safe, frost resistant, compatible with underfloor heating and finished with an R11 anti-slip rating for reliable indoor and outdoor use.

- Shipping of samples is free of charge.
- Up to 40 kg - €1.10 per kg (minimum price €6.99)*
- Orders over 40kg - Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight/product and delivery postcode.*
- Orders for large format tiles under 40 kg may incur additional charges.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE GERMANY
- All orders containing samples may be charged a shipping fee.
- Delivery of samples – upto 7.5kg FREE
- Delivery of samples – over 7.5kg €9.99
- Full orders up to 40 kg - €2.00 per kg (minimum price €19.99)*
- Orders over 40kg - Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight/product and postcode.*
- Orders for large format tiles under 40 kg may incur additional charges.
SHIPPING NORWAY - SWITZERLAND
Please be aware deliveries to Norway/Switzerland may be subject to import duties that are the buyers responsibility.

SHORT TERMS*
When ordering other products with samples, additional shipping costs may apply.
Only 1 x sample per product per customer and or household is allowed for free delivery.
Placing multiple sample orders using different names and/or addresses i.e to friends/neighbours is also not allowed for free delivery, any such orders will be cancelled and refunded.
Drivers are NOT insured to go into any property or take items off a pallet. Under NO circumstances will they be covered to go into communal areas where delivering to a flat, upstairs or into lifts.
It is the customers responsibility to arrange for products to be taken into a property once the driver has taken the pallet as close to the entrance as he/she deems possible.
